Standing out from the crowd can be very difficult in such a saturated hospitality market. The development of hotels with a higher value placed on design, creativity and atmosphere is an area of contention for our experts.

In this briefing we hear from; Arnaud de Saint-Expuery, of the Andaz at Liverpool Street, on the benefits of being located in a creative area, Robert Cook, of Hotel du Vin and Malmaison (at the time of the interview, and now CEO of De Vere Village), on maintaining and looking for buildings with features, and Paul Slattery, of Otus & Co., who doesn’t believe the features are why people choose to stay in hotels.
